PACKING LIST

For Fitness Trip Guests:

  • Sleeping bag & compression stuff sack

  • Therm-a-rest sleeping pad

  • Light duffel bag for clothing - 26 inch length or smaller

  • Base layers (top & bottom), tank tops or t-shirts for workouts/yoga

  • Vest/mid-layers of fleece or wool

  • Warm jacket - fleece and/or puffy

  • Rain jacket & pants (good quality, lightweight)

  • Jeans and boots for riding

  • Comfortable hiking/trail running shoes and sneakers for workouts

  • Socks – wicking fiber (Smartwool, merino)

  • Fleece beanie

  • Baseball cap/cowboy hat for sun protection

  • Gloves - 1 pair leather, 1 pair fleece/wool

  • Backpack for day hikes

  • 2 refillable quart-sized water bottles, Aquamira water treatment drops, iodine tabs or packable filter

  • Sunglasses, sunscreen, chapstick, small toiletries, first aid/medication, mosquito repellant

  • Headlamp (or small flashlight) & batteries

  • Yoga mat (or contact Jessie if you’d like to borrow)

  • If you plan to fish: WY fishing license, rod & case at 36” maximum length, flies, tackle

  • A camera to capture the memories!
