Women’s Wellness Retreat

July 19 - 24, 2026

Ranch-based Experience

Join us for a five-day women’s wellness retreat in the stunning Wind River Mountains where you’ll spend your days on horseback, connect with the natural world, and step into a more grounded, present way of being. This experience is designed for women who are ready to step out of the noise of daily life and into something quieter, steadier, and more connected, supported by time in nature, thoughtful guidance, and a small circle of peers.

You’ll stay in log cabins, glamping tents, or sheepwagons at the ranch, share meals in the lodge, and head out each day on horseback through Wyoming’s wide, open terrain. At 9,200 feet, the Diamond 4 Ranch is the highest elevation guest ranch in Wyoming—off the grid, but still offering the simple comforts of a bed, a warm meal, and a hot shower.

Each day follows a steady, spacious rhythm. Mornings begin with optional yoga or light stretching, followed by breakfast in the lodge. From there, you’ll ride out into the mountains. With both shorter and longer ride options available, each day can be shaped to meet your energy and comfort level, whether you’re seeking a more restorative pace or a bit of adventure. Afternoons offer time for fly fishing, hiking, or simply resting. You may also choose to spend time journaling, reflecting, or in one-on-one and small group conversations. Dinner is served at 6pm, followed by relaxed evening gatherings designed to help you reflect on the day and settle into a deeper sense of clarity and ease.

Cameron Trimble will facilitate the week, her fifth year leading retreats at the ranch. She is an author, professor, pilot, pastor, and regenerative farmer who is known for creating spaces where people can slow down, reflect honestly on their lives, and reconnect with what truly matters. Cameron brings a calm, grounded presence and a gift for asking thoughtful questions that help people see more clearly and move forward with intention. This retreat reflects that approach: supportive, spacious, and gently transformative.

You won’t be asked to perform, impress, or have everything figured out. Instead, you’ll be invited into a different kind of conversation—one that makes space for rest, for clarity, and for a deeper sense of connection to your own life.

Group size is limited to 10 participants to maintain a personal and connected experience. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the retreat to run.
